G.M  ASSISTANT  :

Manage day to day duties for the General Manager.

Responsible for booking of business travel requirements (competitive pricing) and monitor against budget.

Support general office administration tasks to Turbo staffs.

Assist in translation of documents and preparation of internal documents.

Coordinate preparation of business plans

Responsible for ensuring all visitors to the site are managed properly.

Organizes meeting and takes meeting minutes

Coordinate issuing of site information in a timely manner

Ensures compliance with all BorgWarner policies relating to business practices and regulatory requirements.

Contributes to team work and continuous improvement activities.

Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately, join the accident disposal. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years experience in General Management administration

Diploma in related activities

Good command of the English language

Good computer software skills

Ability to organize and communicate effectively
